Our story

Our journey began in March 2020 at the beginning of the COVID pandemic when managing director Jeff, a former hotel Facilities Manager began trading as a freelance Facilities Manager under the trading name "ICONIC Facility Services". After successes trading as ICONIC and delivering a wide variety of projects, Jeff decided to rebrand and incorporate the company as Syndicate Facilities Management Ltd.


Over time the company's priorities, goals and ambitions have shifted away from those typical of a run of the mill FM provider and towards becoming a force for good within the facilities management industry while offering our clients unparalleled value through our sustainable supply chain and invaluable industry experience.
